Reproduction of Colour and Images
While the up most care is taken to provide images with an accurate representation of each item, we can not guarantee 100% that every crystal offered will be the exact colour and tone, as variations may appear on the computer equipment being viewed.
Please note that where advertised, on some products the buyer is unable to choose a specific stone in a photograph. Photographs are provided where stated as an example of the stones for sale, colour, shading, patterns, size and shape may differ. We do guarantee the stone chosen will be of the same beautiful quality as advertised.
Each purchase is treated with the greatest care for quality but if you are at all unhappy with a crystal or other goods purchased please contacts us
Broken and Damaged Goods
The up most care is taken in packaging all of our products to ensure that no damage will occur during posting, but if you receive a broken or damaged crystal or product The Little Crystal Shop must be notified within 72 hours of receiving the package.
The buyer must then return the crystal or product in the original packaging, on receipt of the goods and the seller is satisfied with the return a full refund or exchanged will be offered.
Lost Items
The Little Crystal Shop assumes no responsibility for lost items in the post and postal insurance is strongly advised with every purchase to avoid disappointment.
Post and Packaging
We use Royal Mail first class for UK deliveries and Airmail for all other Worldwide destinations.
Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible but we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 for International from the date of dispatch.
The Little Crystal Shop is not responsible for any delays to delivery dates arising from Royal Mail and other postal services.
Data Security and Privacy
We are committed to your privacy and at no point do we have any access to your credit or debit card details (unless details are posted by the buyer to be processed manually), all transactions are dealt with through an online secure third party server.
All information requested by The Little Crystal Shop is confidential, we do not sell, share or rent any customers account details and that is our personal guarantee.
Any information requested is to complete a transaction.
Customer information is stored in a data base in order to keep account holders up to date with new products, special offers, e-coupons for discounts and newsletters.
Returns
All products must be returned in the original condition of sale to qualify for a full refund.
Notification of wrongly shipped items or incomplete orders must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery to The Little Crystal Shop in order to get a verified RM (Returns Merchandise) number which must accompany the goods.
The seller assumes no responsibility for claims made outside of 7 days.
Where there is no faults or damage to an item the buyer is responsible for the payment and return of goods with secure packaging.
The buyer is responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur on delivery of returned goods were inadequate secure packaging has not been provided, in this instance a refund or exchange is at The Little Crystal Shops discretion.
Postal insurance is strongly advised when returning any goods to avoid problems arising from lost items.
Law
The Little Crystal Shop is a registered business within the United Kingdom and is regulated by English law.
Statutory Rights
None of the terms and conditions stated above effect the customer’s statutory rights.
By placing and accepting an order from The Little Crystal Shop the buyer is agreeing to all the terms and conditions of sale.
