Post and Packaging
We use Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm) for UK Deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail for all other European and Worldwide destinations.
If you require postal insurance we recommend that you place your order and select Special Delivery as this will insure you package for up to £500.

Our aim is to get your order to you as fast as possible but we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries and 14 for International from the date of dispatch.
For Special Delivery Items orders must placed and paid for by 14.00 to guarantee same day dispatch.

The Little Crystal Shop is not responsible for any delays to delivery dates arising from Royal Mail and other postal services.
