 Moqui Balls are also known as Shaman stones have been used for centuries by Shamanic tribes, and got the name Moqui from a Native American tribe of Indians from Utah.
They are used to realign the subtle bodies and balance and align the chakras. They can be used for stress, removing blockages, removing pain when placed on a painful area, assisting in new growth, grounding and providing stability to the energy field.

These stones consist of an outer shell of Hematite surrounding a sand centre and were thought to of formed 190 million years ago.

Moqui Balls have a balanced polarity and work though the meridian system of the body and each set contains a female (the smooth round stone) and a male stone (the rough stone).

Size of male stone: 32mm x 25mm

Size of female stone: 30mm x 29mm

Use suggestion:
Lie down and place one above your head in the crown chakra, and one between your feet in the earth star chakra and focus on your breathing, allowing your body to relax and the stones to resonate and purify the spinal column. After 15 minutes this with be complete.

Note: Moqui Balls do not need cleansed and should not be placed in water, as they can dissolve
